Hello beautiful people…

Many times, people find it hard to differentiate between humility and timidity. Jim Rohn defines this terms ” Humility is a virtue, Timidity is an illness”.
Humility is thinking of yourself less. It infers that you are considerate and regard others before yourself.
On the contrary, timidity is thinking less of yourself ; you refuse to recognize your own strength and you consciously assume others are better than you. Timidity is not the will of God for us.
We cannot be timid because our strength and confidence is in God, we must not think less of ourselves.
Ephesians 2:10 ESV
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them”.
He took His time to make us in His image, we are God’s best. Our strength lies in Knowing God and that give us confidence.
Therefore, we must consistently see ourselves from God’s point of view.
We must be humble, helping others out but not placing ourselves below for people to trample on us.
God is our help.
